The tour begins early on Sunday, October 12th, and continues with a busy schedule until the evening of Saturday the 18th. A set of bonus shoots on Saturday the 11th are available for participants who arrive early.
Nature and Landscapes
This is a unique country with its glaciers, geysers, volcanos, lava fields, waterfalls, mountains, beaches and fjords, not to mention the sea birds, whales and the aurora borealis.
The tour is timed to take advantage of Iceland's long golden hour opportunities with these natural wonders.
People and Culture
The tour will include many shooting opportunities with local people and culture. Iceland's unique farms and fishing culture, including the sheep and Icelandic horses will be featured.
Urban and Architecture
Reykjavík, the capital city of Iceland has some unique architecture that will be available for shoots. In addition, the rural churches, homes and abandoned buildings will provide an urban portion for the tour.
What is included?
- All accommodation and meals during your tour. Most dinners will include a glass of wine.
- All transportation inside of Iceland.
What is not included?
- Flights to Iceland. We can assist with flights if required.
- Hotels before or after the tour starts, and we can assist with those as well.
Costs and Booking
The trip is priced at $4,000 $Cdn, with a 10% discount for this first tour. Booking is on a first come, first serve basis.

We have set up an itinerary which provides a wide range of opportunities, and will be adjusted as we go based on weather and other opportunities.
Special Considerations
- Weather: In the case of inclement weather, some additional indoor shoots may be scheduled. Do bring rain gear for you and your equipment though.
- Sunrise/sunset options: When weather permits, early/late shoots may be scheduled.
- Road side attractions: Iceland is a very scenic country, and we will stop at road side areas of interest based on timing.
- Special requests: If there is an area of special interest that is not on our list, let us know and we will do our best to fit it in.

Arrival day
Pick up at Keflavik airport early morning 07:00 - flight times to be confirmed
- Drive to Hafnarfjordur village for a viking ceremony and breakfast
- Walk in the village
- Drive to Hotel Kriunes, www.hotelkriunes.is to leave luggage as rooms might not be ready as the check in time is always 14:00
- Visit Reykjavik city centre, free walk for 2 hours then back to hotel for an afternoon rest

Open day in the city, departure for the airport from the hotel depending on the group, no later than 14:00
If the group wants to do the Blue lagoon we can do that on the way to the airport. Departure would be at 10:30 - entrance fee not included (Regular entrance is 7.500,- ISK - you can rent a towel, VIP entrance is 48.500,- ISK inclusive of private booth for shower and changing room, towel, bathrobe, slippers, access to the ViP lounge).
