A photo tour has to take into account that the best light for most landscape and nature shoots is first thing in the morning, and around dusk.
We will take it a step further by including breakfast while on the road to morning shoots, and coffee and snacks on site while shooting.
Meals and evening events will be scheduled around the sunsets, allowing those impressive nature shots to be done in the evening golden hour.
Iceland's daytime sun during mid October does not get very high, so the angle of the light is still very nice. Many of the shoots scheduled in the cultural areas will be inside to minimize the direct 'overhead' sun.
The scheduling of a tour in October means that the aurora borealis will be available on nights when the skies are clear. Event scheduling will make sure that options for night shooting are as often as possible.
